The Sector for legal, personnel and general affairs includes all operations and actions related to general and legal affairs, working personnel, safety and health at the workplace, public procurements, human resources etc.
The Sector performs the following tasks and obligations:
- Drafting decisions regarding the rights and obligations of the employees;
- Keeping personnel records, drafting contracts;
- Drafting lawsuits, appeals, complaints and other acts for the competent authorities;
- Drafting proposals for regulations of the enterprise, drafting proceedings, decisions and other acts for the governing authorities;
- Representing the enterprise in courts and other governing authorities;
- Organizing filing activities (archives);
- Organizing the collection, arrangement, safekeeping and alienation of the entire paperwork of the enterprise.
